Food was excellent! I got the lamb shoulder. The meal started with a nice lentil soup. The lamb shoulder was so tender and flavourful. The rice was very delicious. It also came with a nice crisp salad. The amount of food was so much!! I'm surprised i finished it all in one sitting. Apparently you can ask for more rice (and it's free). Would recommend for anyone who wants to try authentic Somalian cuisine. Make sure you're hungry before coming because the food is a lot for one sitting. Pricing was fair.

We ordered Sambusa, Beef Suqaar and Chicken Suqaar. Sambusa is the deep fried version of Indian Samosa. Their spicy sauce is very good. The beef and chicken were very tasty. We paid $40. We were totally satisfied.

The rice is extremely good. Not too greasy but not dry. Just right. And I've had that experience multiple times. The Sambusa is amazing. Lamb is juicy and seasoned well. Suqaar is very good. Overall, I really like the food here. And a banana is always mandatory.
