Everything was good except the second bucket of chicken (original) flavour was overcooked as you can see from the video (the darker bucket). It was way too crispy on the outside and dried up inside. Quality is sometimes not very consistent. This is a 12 piece family bucket meal. The gravy was very nice.

The chicken were not pre-cook Ahead of time. They start cooking when you order so the food is fresh but at least 15 wait time. Very generous with the fries. The chicken pieces are almost twice the size comparing to KFC.

Always a good experience trying ChickQueen around the GTA, as we are regulars at the Mississauga branch. Love the new rice bowl addition to the menu, which is super loaded and delicious. Nice to see the chain is expanding and still maintaining the taste and quality in different towns.
