I’ve started passing by Prashad’s since we’ve moved to the area and been meaning to stop in to see what they had. So happy I did today! Lots of spices to choose from, but I was thrilled to find their prepared curry freezer and took a couple home (delicious). But the samosas! The owner spent a few minutes preparing them so they were fresh and they were the best samosas I’ve ever had; crispy but not too doughy and thick, stuffed full of potato, pea and amazing sauce. Highly recommend and so glad it’s on my regular route!
